During the Covid-19 pandemic, MC Canada together with the provincial conferences decided to share the weekly work of producing online worship services. FMC decided to join them this week. Today, the worship service will be presented by Mount Royal Mennonite Church.

Prayer is not only about bringing our concerns to God, it is also about opening ourselves for God to bring about God’s kingdom through us. Prayer creates space in our lives to let go of control and to put our lives into God’s presence.

Faithful Presence: Becoming like Jesus
Today we are beginning with a worship series on deepening our walk with each other through faithful presence. According to John 1:14, The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighbourhood. In part one of this series, we will reflect on how God became present to us in the person of Jesus, and where God is actively working in our neighbourhood.
